Through Costello Co, she partners with boutique developers to transform visionary concepts into thriving, market-ready projects. Her end-to-end approach covers everything from branding and project positioning to go-to-market strategy, digital campaigns, and lead generation—each tailored to the unique DNA of the development and the audience it’s designed to serve.

Dominica is also the founder of List it Australia, a self-funded PropTech startup helping homeowners sell commission-free. Backed by the NSW Government Innovation Program, List it reflects her drive to challenge outdated industry models and bring fresh, accessible solutions to the property market.

Beyond her work in property, Dominica is a founding board member of Kids on the Border, a grassroots not-for-profit supporting families and children in the NSW Northern Rivers and Southern Gold Coast regions.
